Principle of processing sequence arrangement
The determination of NC hardware processing sequence needs to comprehensively consider the structure of the part,the condition of the blank and the requirements of positioning and clamping,and the key is to ensure that the rigidity of the workpiece is not damaged.The specific principles are as follows:
Process connection principle:the processing of the previous process shall not affect the positioning and clamping of the next process.If the general CNC hardware processing process is interspersed in the processing process,it shall also be considered as a whole.
Internal and external processing sequence:the inner cavity processing process is carried out first,and then the shape processing process is carried out.
Reduce repeated operations:the processes processed with the same positioning and clamping methods or with the same tool shall be carried out continuously as far as possible,so as to reduce the times of repeated positioning,tool changing and pressing plate moving.
Rigid protection principle:For multiple processes in the same installation,the process with less damage to the rigidity of the workpiece shall be given priority.
Tool centralized sorting method
The tool centralized sequencing method is to divide the process according to the tools used.Use the same tool to complete all the parts that can be machined on the part,and then use the second tool,the third tool and so on to complete the other parts that can be machined.This method can effectively reduce the number of tool changes,shorten the idle travel time,and reduce unnecessary positioning errors.
Sequential method based on processing position
For parts with complex processing contents,the processing parts can be divided into inner shape,outer shape,curved surface or plane according to their structural characteristics.Generally speaking,the plane and positioning surface are processed first,and then the hole is processed;the simple geometric shape is processed first,and then the complex geometric shape is processed;the parts with lower precision are processed first,then the parts with higher precision requirements are processed.
